- Senior Pastor - First Baptist Church of Allentown is a mid-sized Conservative Baptist church (350 average weekly sunday morning worship service attendance) located in the suburbs of Allentown, PA with a multi-ethnic membership.
The church has both a contemporary and traditional service each Sunday morning, a core Sunday School program for children through adults, healthy Children's and Youth ministries, a strong missions emphasis and a growing helps ministry for those within the body.
The Senior Pastor will need to have strong preaching, teaching and shepherding skills. This individual will also need to be a confident leader who is willing to work with a team of gifted lay leaders, a Pastor of Family Ministries, a Children's Ministry Director and an Interim Youth Ministry Director.

This network offers many opportunities to get connected. Currently we are looking to hire a Sr. Pastor for our 5th church location in Campbell County. This county has a population of 92,000 and sits in a metroplex of over 1,000,000. The church is located a mile off of the interstate and currently occupies a 6 year old, 6000 square foot building on 27 acres of land. Located approximately 1 mile from the church is Northern Kentucky University that enrolls more than 14,000 students. This is a tremendous opportunity for a couple who has the vision and determination to see this church grow to potentially 500 - 700 people in the next 6 - 8 years. We are looking for a couple that is aggressive yet flexible, are vision oriented and have a desire to reach out to young adults and college age students. We require spirit-filled individuals, with a Word of Faith background, and that has Sr. Pastor or Associate Pastor experience in a church of 500+.
