The following web site has been added to my list of Pastor Job Sites.
The Evangelical Presbyterian Church provides a list of ministerial opportunities, including those for Sr. Pastor, Associate Pastor, Professional Staff, Presbytery, Office of the General Assembly, and positions “Outside the EPC”. This page is buried pretty deep in the site’s navigation, so one isn’t likely to stumble across it accidentally. The link on my list goes directly to the section (on the web page) where Sr. Pastor opportunities are listed.
About the EPC
The EPC was founded in 1981. The following is an excerpt from the “About” page on their web site:
We are evangelical in our zeal for the Gospel, as well as, evangelism, missions and living obediently as followers of Jesus. At the same time, we are rooted deeply in the Protestant Reformation and especially the theological and pastoral work of John Calvin. We embrace the Westminster Confession of Faith as our doctrinal standard and the rule of spiritually mature elders linked together regionally as the best way to guide local congregations.
